When is the Phoenix Syndication Workshop?

Where is the Phoenix Syndication Workshop?
The 2019 Phoenix Syndication Workshop will be held at the Sheraton Grand Hotel, in Downtown Phoenix.
How much does the Phoenix Syndication Workshop cost?
General Admission is $1,495. Couples can register for a discounted price of $1,995.
A VIP package is available for an additional $500 per individual, or $750 for couples.
What's included with General Admission?
Entry to all of the sessions over the two days. You're also invited to a networking happy hour at the end of Day 1 and a bus property visit in the afternoon of Day 2. Lunch will be provided both days.
What's included with VIP?
With the VIP package, you'll get everything in general admission, plus VIP seating for every session at the workshop. You'll also be invited to a VIP dinner on Friday, January 25th, at 7:00pm. Lastly, you'll be invited to a pool side BBQ on the evening of Sunday, January 27th.
What's the schedule going to be?
Saturday – 8am-6:45pm. We’ll spend the entire day learning about syndications and underwriting. Bring your notebook, because we’ll cover a lot of information. We’ll then wrap up the day with a networking happy hour.
Sunday – 8am-5:00pm. We’ll spend the morning talking with industry experts on how to get a deal in today’s environment. We’ll then take a bus ride to a property we recently closed on.

How does this event differ from other events?
Simply put, we have nothing to up-sell you to. We all know there are other events you could attend for a fraction of the costs. What they don’t advertise, is that most of these events are a feeder system into a coaching program costing you tens of thousands of dollars. The event is just used to get you excited about the opportunity, using high-priced brand-name speakers.
Our approach is different. We are going to give you all of the information up front. In the end, we will teach you more than the other guys for a fraction of what they charge.
